Purpose
Preventing overpopulation of dogs and cats will reduce needless suffering, homeless animals, spread of disease and homelessness. If you own a dog or cat, be responsible and have you pet spayed/neutered. The law requires all animals adopted from the shelter to be spayed/neutered within 30 days of adoption.
King George Animal Rescue League will issue vouchers for low cost clinics to county residents wishing to have their dog or cat spayed or neutered.
