To obtain information on the types of licenses for beer, wine and mixed beverage permits, you will need to complete the Virginia ABC application. Be sure to contact an ABC agent, who can assist you with the licensing process and explain the regulations involved with operating an establishment that sells alcoholic beverages. For more information on the requirements, fees, and application, visit the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
